Some Heathy Eating Tips for Kids Along with Broccoli Cheese Balls
Most of the time my emphasis is on healthy eating. It has become more vital in our everyday life because I have to ensure that we are eating healthy enough so that my son picks up good eating habits from us


1 cup finely chopped broccoli

1 small onion finely chopped

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp minced garlic

1 small potato boiled and grated

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/4 cup cheddar cheese

1/2 cup dried bread crumbs


  1. Heat oil in a wok. Add onions and cook till soft.
  2. Add broccoli and garlic. Saute 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add mashed potato,oregano,salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Add cheese and bread crumb.
