Most of the time my emphasis is on healthy eating. It has become more vital in our everyday life because I have to ensure that we are eating healthy enough so that my son picks up good eating habits from us

1 cup finely chopped broccoli
1 small onion finely chopped
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp minced garlic
1 small potato boiled and grated
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok. Add onions and cook till soft.
- Add broccoli and garlic. Saute 3-4 minutes.
- Add mashed potato,oregano,salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Add cheese and bread crumb.
I made these balls for my 5 year old son who is a picky eater and he really liked it. Thank you!!
